The site opens at 05:00 every day, year round. That is deliberate: a working day often starts before office hours, so you collect materials on the way to site instead of driving a detour in the middle of the day. Access is personal — a code or a key, with no staff to meet.
Get the stock out of the van
Plenty of tradespeople would rather not leave tools in the van overnight. A locked unit on an alarmed site with CCTV at the entrance and exit is a different starting point. You also spend less time searching: materials with a fixed place are quicker to find than materials spread across three vehicles.
Sizes for a sole trader or a crew
