What data we collect and why

When you fill in our booking or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred unit size and any information you choose to provide. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, together with our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. If you become a customer, we process the data to perform the rental agreement.

CCTV camera surveillance and access logs

Our facility on Sjöåkravägen 27 is 24/7 alarmed and equipped with camera surveillance (CCTV), with keypad access granted between 05:00 and 22:00. Recorded CCTV footage at entrance/exit points and electronic access logs are processed under our legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR). The purpose is to guarantee facility and customer safety, prevent and investigate theft or property damage, and prevent unauthorised access. Retention and erasure: CCTV footage is automatically erased and purged after a maximum of 30 days, unless requested by police or authorities for an active criminal investigation. Access logs are purged on a rolling basis after a maximum of 90 days.

Cookies and web analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, measure visitor statistics and improve user experience. Analytics cookies are only stored if you provide your consent via our cookie banner. You can change or revoke your consent at any time. We also use cookieless analytics via Vercel Analytics which collects no personal data. The map link opens Google Maps only if you choose to click it.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted once the matter is closed. If you become a customer, we keep the data for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter for as long as the law requires, for example seven years for accounting records under the Swedish Accounting Act.

Who has access to your data

Your data is handled by us and by the providers who run our website and email. They act as our data processors and only process the data on our instructions. We never sell your data.
